What I love most

Listen to this week’s word

Daughter, your heart is what I love most.

I know what it wants.

I know what excites it, and it is beautiful.

Daughter, you are beautiful.

What you’re doing now, with me, is beautiful.

Doesn’t it feel better?

Doesn’t it make more sense for you to be with me?

It does.

It does because I made you, because I know you.

I know what’s best for you.

I know the right time to take you to something new.

You have to trust me.

Remember that this is your calling.

To trust.

To love.

To know me.

To share it.

To show it.

See I Samuel 16:7; Psalm 23; Psalm 34:18; Psalm 37:3-5 and 23; Psalm 40:1-8; Psalm 51:10 and 16-17; Psalm 139; Proverbs 3:5-6; Jeremiah 17:5-10; Ezekiel 36:22-27; Matthew 22:37-40; John 2:23-25, 3:1-21, and 14; Ephesians 1:18; Philippians 4:6-7

Let go

Daughter, let go of what they think, what they want.

Let go of thinking you have to prove yourself.

You’ve shown yourself to me,

And that’s enough.

There is no one else who needs to see you like I do.

I am enough, daughter.

My love is enough.

My grace is enough.

Keep me close.

Keep my promises close.

Cling to them and let go of your plans.

Don’t turn to the world’s solutions.

They won’t work.

Daughter, you have me and my word.

There is nothing else you need to do my will.

Come to me with hands open.

Come to me ready to fill them with what I have for you.

The world will try to fill them, try to fix them to work more and harder.

You don’t need that.

No, all you need is me, for everything.

I am your provider. I am the one who loves you deeply, wholly.

Be free

Listen to this week’s word

You can push away, but daughter, don’t.

Just as your heart breaks, it pains me when you push away.

Don’t you see I always want to be with you?

Don’t you see there’s no fear or rushing or questioning or hesitating with me?

With me, you are free.

Daughter, I know your heart, and I know that is what you really want:

Freedom.

There is nothing you desire more.

You want to be free.

With me, you are.

With me, you always will be.

With me, you can be that wild girl who dares to defy the world.

You can be that girl no one understands.

It doesn’t matter what anyone wants or thinks.

Daughter, I am what matters.

I am the one who sustains you and guides you and loves you.

I am the one who smiles on you

And rescues you

And won’t have you any other way.

No limit

Listen to this week’s word

Daughter, I know there is so much you want to do.

I know how your heart longs for more.

I know you.

I know your pain and your doubts and everything you’re questioning.

Be still.

Daughter, don’t be ashamed to cry.

Don’t pretend to be strong.

You can admit your weakness.

Come to me with your weakness.

Come to me when you can’t take any more,

No matter how soon you think it is.

I know your threshold.

I know your limits.

I have no limit.

I have no limit of how much I can help you.

Daughter, I can help you in everything.

There isn’t a single thing you have to do alone.

I am with you always.

Always.

It doesn’t matter where you are, what you’ve accomplished,

Or what you haven’t.

I’m still here.

Even now

Listen to this week’s word

Daughter, come to me now.

Your mind is racing, and you are afraid.

You are afraid of failing.

You are afraid of unhappiness.

You are afraid that you have been wrong.

Oh, my daughter, where is your faith?

Don’t push it aside for what the world has to offer.

Don’t push it aside when you think you can’t take any more.

Don’t push it aside to do things your way.

Remember that I am holding you.

Yes, even now, after you believe you’ve done everything wrong.

Yes, you make choices, and they’re not always right.

But let me redeem you and set it right.

Don’t worry that you can’t get back to me.

Daughter, you never left me.

You’ve known I’m here, yet you doubted.

Don’t doubt.

Don’t leave.

I will never leave.

Don’t give up on my plan.

Trust me.

Trust my way and my word.

Together

Listen to this week’s word

Daughter, let me carry the things that burden you.

I hear your heart.

Do you know how beautiful you are?

Daughter, I delight in you.

I love when you take time with me.

Believe that I can do miracles.

Believe that I can change hearts and take burdens.

What you carry isn’t meant just for you.

We carry together.

Remember my yoke?

We bear it together.

We walk forward together.

Oh, daughter, to be near you is my joy.

But I can only be near when you invite me.

We’ll go forward together.

We’ll bear it together.

Together, it’s not as heavy.

Together, it’s not hopeless.

Together, we can lift it.

Work with me, alongside me.

If you go where I am not, it will be harder.

Stay here with me.

Let’s do this day together.

Let’s prepare you for what lies ahead, daughter.

Let’s get to work.

My commands are not burdensome, remember?

Let’s have joy today.

Love without loss

Listen to this week’s word

Daughter, this is why I stay near you.

I don’t want the pain of me not near you.

I love you too much for you to have that pain.

I am always near.

I will never be taken away from you.

You lose people in your life, sometimes when you don’t expect it.

But you will never lose me.

People will say life is short, but my love is eternal.

Find comfort in that.

Share it with those who hurt.

See Deuteronomy 31:8; Psalm 117; Psalm 139:17-18; Isaiah 55:6; Jeremiah 31:3; John 14:1-11 and 15-29; Romans 8:35-39; 1 Corinthians 13:7-8; 2 Corinthians 1:3-7

Every single time

Listen to this week’s word

People will disappoint you, daughter.

But I will be here.

I will be here to remind you who are you, what I did for you.

What I’m doing for you.

You see the holes in my hands.

You believe it, and you know it.

This is the love you’ve been searching for your entire life.

This is the love that transcends all.

Don’t be afraid to stand for it, tell about it, write about it, follow it, share it,

Seek it.

You can seek it always, child, because you will always find it.

You will never be lost when you seek it.

You will never be lost when you’re seeking me.

It is never fruitless to seek me.

It is never a waste of time.

It is never too late or too much.

You are not too much.

Seek until your feet tire, until your bones are weary.

I will heal.

I will restore.

I will provide rest.

I will provide love.

Every time.

Every single time, my daughter,

My masterpiece.

Always, faithfully

Listen to this week’s word

Daughter, don’t be afraid.

Don’t be afraid to speak and write.

Don’t be afraid to accept the glorious love I have for you.

Don’t ever hesitate to run to me.

No matter what you’ve done or even if you’ve done nothing wrong.

I enjoy holding you.

I enjoy you.

You are never too much.

I never tire of comforting you.

Don’t worry about time.

Don’t worry that you’ll miss me or something important.

This is important.

Chaos is around you, always. But I am not chaos.

I am grounded.

I am peace.

I am constant.

I am here.

I am always, faithfully here.

Let them see

Listen to this week’s word

Go, Daughter.

Let them see more of me.

More of me, less of you.

That is where redemption is.

For them and for you.

Drink it in, and rest in that today.

I love you, daughter.
