Daughter, I am always near.

You can come to me on and off the page. I have not gone, my daughter. Yes, you are still mine.

Daughter, you are changing, growing. Do not be ashamed of the woman you are, whom I have created. Have I not made you artist, mother, wife, worker? Have I not chosen you for this time — with these, here, now? Did I not make you with my hands? With my own?

My daughter, you are my own. You have come far, though you have not arrived. Not fully. You will keep arriving. One place, then another. One thought, then another. One idea, one exclamation, one burst of creativity and love and dancing in your mind and soul and body, then another. Daughter, each day, you arrive. Closer. Do not fight the close of one day. It ushers in another.

My daughter, you are so weary, I know. Rest. Sleep, close your eyes, let time move. Let me move it, move you. Let me move you from dream to dream to daylight to morning to afternoon to the close. The close of the day, the dance, the light that burns, glows, lives somewhere else, just then. It lives so it will be where you are, when you awake, when I stir you, show you what you can only see in the light. Oh, my daughter, there is so much to show you. It is not all the same, as you think. It is new each day, with Me. It is what you have sought. Only look in the light, my dear one. Look out, in, around, behind. Is it not everywhere? Is light not all around?

Walk and feel and love and know, know, my love that it is, that I AM, near, here, inside, outside. Everywhere.

My love, you think you have missed me, disappointed my expectations, my plans, my light. Oh, daughter, you forget I AM. You forget I do not disappoint. I do not become disappointed or make disappointment. I create appointment, appointed. I created you, my daughter. Do not forget. I create not to disappoint, not to underwhelm.

I create for you.
